Photograph the windshield VIN
Start at the lower driver-side corner of the windshield. If glare or lettering causes trouble, use the VIN label inside the driver’s door jamb.
The box sets the exact area read. Include the entire printed VIN with a little space around it, or the whole QR code or barcode with clear space around every edge. Drag the box or its corners to adjust.
